I am Christie. Welcome to Mission: Achieve.

With over 25 years of military service, I have learned the most effective leaders use systematic frameworks to cut through uncertainty and make sound decisions with incomplete information. Today, I want to help civilian leaders apply these same battle-tested methodologies to achieve breakthrough results where stakes are high and information is never perfect.

My Story

At nineteen, I sat in my car staring at the Student Services door, paralyzed by panic. My academic advisor had just delivered the news: scholarship lost, poor performance. The freedom of my first year of college had become a spectacular disaster, and I could not go home to tell my parents I was leaving college without a degree and without a plan.

After an hour of thinking in that parking lot, I had a plan. Instead of driving home, I went straight to the Air Force Recruitment Center and told the first recruiter I saw that I needed to enlist immediately. Joining the military was never a consideration but what started as an escape plan became the foundation of everything I am today.

The Air Force gave me more than a career; it gave me the structure when I desperately needed it. After over 25 years of service across the Air Force and Navy Reserves, I realized something unexpected: the military's systematic frameworks for tackling complex challenges and making decisions under pressure were not just effective in combat zones, they worked everywhere.

My path has been anything but conventional. I have served enlisted and as an officer. I have been active duty and in the reserves. I have deployed with the Army and mobilized with the Marine Corps. Each experience taught me new frameworks while proving that certain principles work regardless of context. Throughout my career, I built my understanding of these frameworks one layer at a time. What started with basic military planning as a young airman evolved into applying complex intelligence methodologies as an officer. Each assignment taught me new approaches upon which to build. More importantly, I learned how these frameworks integrate: which ones work best for specific challenges, how they complement each other, and when to apply each one. This comprehensive understanding eventually positioned me to teach new military intelligence professionals.

The approaches also revealed to me something crucial: the best frameworks do more than organize information, they transform overwhelming complexity into clear action. That moment of clarity demonstrated what I now build my work around: the right framework makes the impossible manageable.

During deployments to Iraq and Bahrain, I used frameworks like JIPOE (Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment) to analyze complex situations systematically. These methodologies turn overwhelming information into actionable intelligence. Similarly, analyzing Courses of Action (COAs) helped me make critical decisions by methodically evaluating options rather than relying on gut instinct. These frameworks remove ambiguity when clarity matters most.

For the past 18 years, I have balanced reserve duty with civilian work as a DoD contractor in proposal and program management. This dual perspective revealed something important: military frameworks translate powerfully to civilian challenges. JIPOE's systematic approach can help business leaders analyze markets and competitive landscapes. COAs analysis can transform into a robust decision-making tool for everything from business strategy to career decisions. Even the After Action Review (AAR) can become a powerful personal development tool, easily capturing lessons-learned for future application.

Mission: Achieve exists because I believe these battle-tested frameworks should not remain locked in military contexts. Whether you are leading project teams, growing your career, or pursuing personal goals, these tools provide the structure and clarity you need to succeed.

I share these frameworks because I have lived their impact. I have grown from that uncertain teenager in a parking lot to someone who can add value to complex military operations. I can now help professionals from any industry achieve their objectives. Every framework I teach has been tested in high-stakes situations and refined through real-world application.

I learned these frameworks in the hardest classrooms imaginable. Now it is your turn to master them.
